Are the Saints better without Reggie Bush?

It seems when Bush is out hurt (which is often), the Saints offense flows much better. When he is playing, they try so hard to create something for him that they play out of synch. He will never be a runningback. I think the Saints should just make him a full-time kick returner and not let him disrupt their good offense. Do you agree?
