What should be the material of pipe _ Upvc, Concrete, Reinforced Concrete, Mild Steel?

In absence of local standards and codes, I would say zinc coated corrugated steel tube would suffice. But that is given without knowing the soil, moisture level, acidity or pavement involved in the roadway.
