My dog just ate 12-15 pieces of hershey's Kisses with almounds.HELP PLEASE READ THE REST!!!!?

I've given him about 4 tsp of hydrogen peroxide. he hasn't vommited and its been about15-20 mins. What do I do is this amount lethal?? I can't get him to the vet.
