Need to decide between University of Plymouth or Hull, please please help!?

I would go to where you will get the best education. Hull is actually quite a nice place, initially it looks a bit naff but the people are really friendly in Yorkshire and you couldn't do better when it comes to finding people who will be loyal friends. I know the location of the uni itself isn't very appealing but like people its the inside that counts.
