What does the ending of Thirteen mean?

In the ending of the Movie Thirteen with Nikki Reed in it Tracy is 1st sleeping on the bed with her mother and then she is screaming as she is spinning on the merry-go-round. Is that supposed to mean that she is all better and healed now?
