Oral-B Triumph 9400???

i usually use clean mode daily, and mage my gums with the mage mode every other day after cleaning. i usually dont count how long i clean my teeth...just as long as i feel ive cleaned every surface of each tooth. but be sure not to brush for too long as brushing for more than 2-3 minutes is not good and can lead to receding gums. i only use the mage and clean mode, it works for me. play around with it and see which modes you like and which work best for your mouth.
