Conspiracy In Bangladeshi Politics?

Soon after the possibility of the mive conflict between the two major political party_ Awami League and BNP, a Caretaker Government took power in Bangladesh. All know that the have power of army background. They took power with the motto of a fair election in two months. But it is about a year ped.. and they are saying that it would take another year for an election. They have imprisoned the head of the political parties and many of their members and they are telling that they have done it for their corruption. I want to know is there any conspiracy in this? Or the Army are about to take power?
