Did you know dangerous mentally disabled illegals are free on bail why aren't they in mental wards?

All under US jurisdiction are entitled to due process, including illegal immigrants, so the judge followed the law by igning lawyers to represent the men, but letting two violent offenders, one mentally retarded and one psycho FREE? Sadly, if either of these dangerous men re-offends before trial, the judge cannot be sued for his gross disregard for public safety. Those men were housed for years in detention paid for by our tax dollars when they should have gotten a speedy trial with legal representation and promptly deported.
