Help! Looking for information on size of a snowboard?

So me and a few of my buddies are going skiing in a few days. I snowboard but haven't done so in about 3 years. My old board was pretty good but its gotten pretty small. I am about 5-10 5-11 and weight about 160 lbs. I have an old burton shawn white model buts its only 143 cm. It comes up to my neck. Can i ride it for one day or should i rent. If i do ride it what are the repercussions for riding a small board?
