Oh gosh please read..?

when i was younger like 13 or 14 my older 16 year old brother came into my room one night and started touching my and i let him for a minute or two, i wasn't thinking straight, and i was like why are you doing this and he said "well mandy used to let me all the time, now were broken up i cant" and he kept rubbing them, so i told him to stop and he did...and i layed there forever and thought about it and finally went back to his room and asked him about it and he said it was a double dare and told me he wouldnt do it again...im 20 now and he's 22... and he hasnt ever done anything like that since then...but has anyone ever had this happen to you? oh and also i told my dad and he said he's just "experimenting"...
