Should there really be a guilt trip that comes along with sudden wealth?

If I hit the Lotto or the Mega Millions and become a new millionaire,should I feel guilty? Since I've never been rich before, should I feel guilty about having sudden new wealth? I thought having lots of money was supposed to make people feel great.Billionaires are not exactly anxious to trade places with everyone making minimum wage. I don't quite get why some people act as if money is some evil bad thing we can do without.
