If the driver does not admit to being dsitracted, how is the officer to determine what actually caused the accident? Well, you have to look at the scene. Are there other parked cars or trucks that could have obstructed the driver's ability to see someone suddenly darting out into traffic? Was it daylight, nightime, dawn or dusk? Was it pouring rain or extremely sunny? Were drugs and/or alcohol involved? Without the driver's admission of negligence and no other cirstances that would indicate fault on the part of the driver, no charges would likely be lodged against the adult driver. That is so long as all licensing and required insurance information is in compliance with all appropriate laws and/or ordinances. Now the minor will be cited for no drivers license and any other appropriate license/vehicle violations. However, unless the minor admits to tailgating or any other conduct that would constitute some act of negligence, avoiding an accident and striking a pedestrian already in the roadway would not likely result in charges for that issue. However, motorists are requesired to be in control of their vehicle at all times and a copper should be able to ask the right questions to get to the bottom line as to what happened and why. For me, being in the center of generations, problems come and go. My 87 year old mom will be well for awhile, and then kaboom, she is back in the hosptal and because we love her, it is extremely stressfuly. At 67 I have some pretty serious health problem (some are litsted on my home page under my avatar) Just when she starts getting well something else happens, like with the economy like it is, my grandaughter and her hubby lost their home. I love them so much and it seems like my worry gets out of control because I went good thingss for those I love. I feel like when things start going good, then something else happens...at our age and with extended family it is very hard for everything to be good all the time, no matter how much we want it. I was given a r/x zovia 1/50 birth control cause my doc suspects endometriosis or cysts based on the painfull and other symptoms. I do have a history of ovarian cysts and one that ruptured. She told me to give it 2 months to see a slight difference and then 3 months I should see a major improvement. I must add that is painfull 99% of the time and its a deep pain. How can I safely lose 80-100 pounds in 10-12 months?

I have been overweight since I was little. I was not and am not the type of person who enjoys being active. I know 100 pounds seems like a lot, but I weigh about 275-285 right now. My weight has been steadily creeping up since I was younger. I haven't been under 200 pounds in maybe four or five years. Next year is my senior year, and I want to feel and look better when it starts, and I know that I need to get started now. My biggest issues are that I am a huge procrastinator, I find exercise to be dull and quickly nose interest, I have trouble giving up my eating habits, and I have trouble motivating myself. I fear that by the time I decide to truly try losing weight, it will already be too late. I know that I can cut back on fast food and my mindless snacking, but what do I do about school lunch? When something like a child starving is brought up. I can't feel sorrow. I feel bad for the kid, like that'd be rough kinda way, but I don't feel brought down or sadden. They are totally random and taking up alot of space that could be used to lighten your deck up a bit. Take out 1 copy of Telekinetic Charging Cell. You definitely need to add a 3rd copy of Emergency Teleport as it is essential in this type of deck. We have it down to 46 cards now. The Traps need an entire overhaul as there are way too many and alot of unneeded cards. With the cards you listed it leads me to believe that you probably don't have the cards I'm about to mention. Try your best to get them, if you can't then just lighten your Traps to a total of 7 and it'll even out to 40 cards. Well your Traps need 3 Solemn Judgment, 2 Mind Over Matter (if you have 3, then add the 3rd one and make your deck 41; it won't hurt you much), and 2 Psychic Overload.

Are there leash laws in your area? If so and you contact animal control then maybe they would agree to be out there during that time for a week or so which should discourage the dog owners from letting the dogs off leash. Continue to work with the children as well since they might sometime confront a dog when you are not around and they need to know the rule of not running (I know this is a hard instinct to fight even for adults). You might also start teaching the children that the dogs just want some affection and love and this will help their image of the dog's intent. There is no excuse for irresponsible owners allowing their dogs to run free and I would continue calling until the local authorities get this under control. I would never advise the use of a weapon but it wouldn't hurt to just carry a walking stick in case it is ever needed (I am an extreme dog lover but if a dog really attacked my child I wouldn't hesitate) and it might motivate the dog owners to work harder at controlling their own animals. 1998 dodge ram diesel WIRING DIAGRAM?

Im trying to find a wiring diagram for 98 ram mins, i switched the whole body from 99 5.2L to a 5.9 diesel and the some dash board wiring from the diesel truck did not match the 99 gas truck stuff: heater, heater controller and couple of other small things, so i just put the gas truck dash board wiring in and added the additional plugs from the diesel wiring because they weren't in the gas wiring but they had space in the plugs to add wires, well ok the only problem is that the rpms and speedometer works and the rest of the gauges just lift up about 1/8s and stay there and the brake is making weird noise when you press on it fells like your driving on ice and you press on the brake and it makes the vibrating noise. if any knows what could it be or i you know where i could get wiring diagram it will be really helpful. Oh yeah the stereo and one of the sealing lights are not connected. thanks

I think that being truly naive is being so skeptical that you are close minded. When you close your mind, you shut off the potential opportunities you may have in life. Surely you benefit the security but you lose more than you could potentially gain. If you are open minded you can eventually claim the benefits that a close minded person would not. What would you gain closing your mind? Not being tricked. But it really depends. Most of the time you won't lose much. But having an open mind long term has better benefits. And yet you can still learn some information and you can still use common sense at situations. For example if someone you know has lied, do not listen to them if they speak of something similar as they are liars. Or if you have been fooled by a company, do not go to that company anymore. Being open minded and using your intellect will get you furthest possible instead of closing you mind and locking yourself in.

Can't hook up digital converter box to a/v selector?

I moved and can't remember how to set my tv back up again.The selector has one out and four ins, all with the yellow/red/white a/v cables. The converter has an out to tv threaded coax and one place for the red/yellow/white a/v cables. The tv has a threaded coax place in the back and one set of yellow and white av cables, we always leave out the red since there's no place for it, in the front. I have a screwless coax cable but I don't know where it came from, but i think it might have been hooked up somewhere but I don't really know. What am I doing wrong? Annoyed or weird habit?

I've had a cold lately, so I've been really congested. Whenever I sniff my nose, my friend looks at me and then sniffs hers too. It's really weird. I would go to where you will get the best education. Hull is actually quite a nice place, initially it looks a bit naff but the people are really friendly in Yorkshire and you couldn't do better when it comes to finding people who will be loyal friends. How long would you cook a 1 3/4 lb beef roast in a Crockpot?

I would say approx. 7-8 hours on low. If you cook it too long, it won't burn it will just be really, really tender. Not everyone likes it that tender and if you don't, just check it with a meat thermometer for doneness. I'm sorry I don't know off the top of my head what the temperature is supposed to be. Just remember that when you serve the roast make sure you let it set on a plate or cutting board for 10 minutes before cutting it. It makes it so much easier to cut.

For starters, the pensieve didn't appear until Goblet of Fire. Also, the pensieve doesn't just show everybody's memories. It only shows memories that have been put in it. What can you serve over mashed potatoes other than gravy?

No it's okay if you didn't over- do it. The horse is probably just testing you. If you are new to riding and not confident in the saddle, your horse can feel that (what a connection, right?) lol. So, I wouldn't worry so much unless the horse your riding has another underlying reason why he is't responding to your command. Maybe he has a past injury or something that is causing him discomfort? Well I bet that isn't the real problem though. I'm guessing he just wants to test you so don't be afraid to use the crop as an aid in the beginning until your horse realizes you have confidence and are ready to be a leader. So would it really be worth spending an extra �45 on a 256MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD4330, that is another option? My desktop at the moment uses an ATI RAdeon 9200, which seems very outdated, so i'm not expecting brilliant results just something that can run these games! Hairline receding at front?

Hi im a black male with the typical short black mail hairstyle. At the front of my head at my hairline, my hair is thinning. Its thinning at the very tip. There is a little hair, but is steadily disappearing. I think when I got my edge up, the barber cut it back to far and that is why it started receding. Good trades... but it didn't improve by too much. Besides the fact that your SS got better, not much else changed. Your outfielders were good enough without Rios, you traded a lot of speed for Aramis. So you lowered your speed, but gained some hitting. In my view point, you didn't improve by too much, but you did improve.

what is the last name? sometimes you can narrow down your list by saying the name aloud with the last name. sometimes names that sound perfect don't sound so perfect with the last name included. selena marie sounds nice and goes along with some of the more old fashioned names you've picked. my daughter is isabel raeann, a mix of old and new. gracie is a nice name as well and could be mixed with just about any middle name.

I went out with a guy who I thought was such a gentleman, cly, and genuine. During dinner, it felt like a freakin job interview. I know you're supposed to get to know each other but dang, I wasn't expecting to get asked all these "wifey" questions and get judged on it. I am who I am and will not apologize for it but the whole time, he made it seem like my answers weren't "good enough" or not what he was looking for. I'm a lady, good girl, friendly/easygoing, gets along w. everyone. I'm not your average woman, I'm me. And here's this guy, asking, "do you get along w. your co-workers? are you an angry person?" WTH?! I appreciate honest/straight forward people but really? Even if I did give him "answers" he was looking for, you're not really gonna get these answers unless you back it up with experience and observation. It's like "oh she didn't give me the answers I wanted, that saved me such heartache." He just made me feel like I wasn't "good enough" and came across as judgmental and it's like he kept asking questions to make sure he didn't get hurt. Like, "if i get these answers, i'll know if she'll screw me over or not..." He never called. Maybe it's a blessing. It's been a while and in my head, any respectable person would not want to be w. someone so judgmental and have a "job interview" experience but I can't help but be a bit traumatized by it still. I think it's because I didn't go through the motions; I avoided feeling rejection bc I was afraid it would make me feel worse and lead me on a path of self-wallowing and self pity. (I USED to be like that before and took rejection badly but for the past 2 yrs, I've been surprisingly better about it). All I know is that I'm a busy gal and I don't like people being indecisive and wasting my time. I'm just tired of guys who are so interested but never completely pursue me all the way...i deserve better...

Actually, I do always feel extremely emotional at this particular time of year. It's not only the formal Remembrance Sunday bit, but personal memories as well. I grew up in a small Berkshire village during the late 1930s and right through the 1940s. Looking back, I would say that somewhere around 15 to 20% of men in their middle to late 40s and the occasional 50 yr old were disabled in WW1. Their injuries, amongst those on speaking terms with family ranged from loss of an eye to loss of limbs. Later, our cirstances having changed, I was moved on to a children's home on the outskirts of London where I attended an Elementary School. Two teachers, Mr Pizzey & Mr Wallace had served in WW1 & both would relate some of their experiences to we kids. Mr Wallace had lost a leg and rode a specially adapted bicycle with one pedal the six mile journey to and from school. Somewhat younger than Mr Wallace, Mr. Pizzey, a Yorkshireman, had a moustache. Once I asked him about it. He told me that as a junior officer he felt very young in the presence of his soldiers, so he grew it. I can also remember him saying, "Well, I suppose I was. Wasn't I?" Looking back and remembering how active he was when teaching us cricket and the aim of his wooden backed blackboard wiper, I'd reckon he must have been about 18/19 when that moustache first appeared. My uncle Capt. John Francis Bill of the South West Borderers was killed on 25 February, 1915. He had been a regular & had served in China & the North West frontier of India and Afghanistan! My cousin Douglas, a bank clerk, joined the Royal Air Force in 1939 and was killed flying his first combat mission, having been in the late stages of training, during the first thousand bombing raid on Cologne (Koln). I would say your team is good. I would consider trading or even dropping Shin Soo Choo. He isn't even worth starting right now until he proves himself. See if Sam Fuld is available or with the way he is playing even Lance Berkman is a much better option than Choo as an OF.

Rate me fantasy football team?

You have a fairly good QB in Carson Palmer, he has great receivers (Johnson, Housmanzadeh and Henry, although he's suspended for nine games) and should have another excellent year. Your strength is clearly RB. Tomlinson is well, no explanation needed. Clinton Portis is a question mark, but could without a doubt have a great year. Your wide receivers aren't fantastic. Braylon Edwards is a great player, but he plays on a god awful team. Look for Brady Quinn to take the starters role a little bit before half way through the season, thus making this more of a learning/developing year for Quinn and the Browns. That really limits the production of Edwards. Devin Hester is a speedy guy, but he's currently the fourth WR on his team, personally I have faith in him, and believe that he has the ability to tear it up on offense just like he did on special teams, but at the start of the season he'll be getting limited minutes. Also he recently injured his shoulder, and it's unclear how severe the injury is. He could be a bust, don't rely too heavily on him. Vernon Davis really is a strong TE, and a solid pick. He should put up good numbers this year. Jeff Wilkins wouldn't be my top choice, but he's a semi-reliable kicker. Shaun Merriman, wow, the guy is just incredible, even though he missed 4 games last year due to "substance abuse", he still lead the league in many defensive categories. Overall, your team is decent, your biggest weakness is at WR, i would suggest trying to trade Tatum Bell and Drew Bennett (Who won't have a great season as he also has Torry Holt and Isaac Bruce on his team) for a better WR.

My dog is acting wrong for this time of month, psychological issue?

Now we all know its mating season, dogs should be going wild, running outside, the pillow etc... Sadly my dog, Bruno a big strong sausage dog isn't doing this. He seems to be often sad when looking out the window but kinda reluctant to go out, depressed? He also seems to be walking around with a serious bone on but not the sofa like other dogs but seemingly without encouragement will unload in the pallet for dog biscuits and eat them. I'm unsure if the depression is a natural state or should he be seeing the vet? I know dogs do weird things in our eyes like smell each others s and eat poo but this is a first. Should I be concerned and take him to the vet?

I think that you have a really good and fresh beginning to a story, a different approach. Don't abandon it; try imagining some possible plots. You must have had some sort of concept in mind when you started writing. There might a competitiveness between the protagonist and her mother, or the protagonist might decide grudgingly to attend her mother's wedding, then meet someone there -- not the child of the groom, predictably, but maybe some contemporary of the groom, a man with whom her establishing a relationship will upset her mother, which could be the initial reason for her becoming involved with the man to whom she is not particularly attracted. She would be reluctant, anyway, to become emotionally involved with another man due to her poor "track record" with men. So, she just decides to have a fling with the older man to annoy her mother, and then she discovers that he is completely different from the young guys she's been dating and who have been jilting her. Itunes doesn't work on my computer anymore for some reason, this happened a while ago but I've been so busy I haven't gotten a chance to look at it til now. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling it as well as quicktime player many times and it still wont open. The Data Execution Prevention (DEP) feature keeps popping up on my computer that is preventing Itunes from working. How would I be able to get this to work?

Several months ago, I got a speeding ticket going about 60 mph at a 40 mph zone. I had accidentally taken out my proof of insurance and did not have it with me when the cop pulled me over. My ticket came out to be about about $700, $300 more than that of my friend who had previously been in a similar situation (but w/ insurance proof). At that time, I did not know I could ask to have it dismissed by going to court. Is it too late to have it changed? It was a lot of money and I'm quite sure it has tainted my driving record.
